Scope and formation of the contract<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information on the website is provided for guidance. The service contract is formed when Castor confirms the booking or quotation in writing and, where the confirmation requires it, we receive the requested deposit or full payment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an individual quotation, package description or booking confirmation contains a term that differs from these terms, the individual term communicated in writing will govern that booking.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"arak\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">2. Services and prices<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offer shown on the website or the booking confirmation sets out the service, dates, number of guests, meal plan and price. Prices are stated in Romanian lei (RON) and, unless indicated otherwise, include applicable VAT.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Packages and discounts are available only during the stated period and subject to availability. They cannot be combined with other discounts unless the offer expressly permits this.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"foglalas\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">3. Booking and confirmation<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Sending a booking request does not in itself constitute a confirmed booking. If the selected service is unavailable, we may offer alternative dates or another solution.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A booking may be made for another person, provided that the person making the booking is authorised to provide the relevant guests\u2019 details and informs them of the booking terms and the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"fizetes\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">4. Payment<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deposit or full amount may be paid online by bank card or by another method stated in the confirmation. Online card payments are processed through the Raiffeisen Bank \/ EuPl\u0103tesc system; Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards are accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Card details and the CVV\/CVC code are processed exclusively by the payment service provider. Castor neither sees nor stores them and does not charge a separate fee for card payments. If a transaction fails or is interrupted, the booking becomes final only after successful payment and confirmation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"lemondas\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">5. Cancellation, no-show and refunds<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a different term has been agreed in writing, a paid booking is non-refundable: if the booking is cancelled or the guest does not arrive, the deposit or fee paid will not be refunded. In the event of a documented death, we may consider an individual request for exceptional treatment based on the circumstances and supporting documents.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The general 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. By making payment, the guest accepts the cancellation and refund terms applicable to that booking.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we may offer a substitute service of equal or greater value, alternative dates, or refund the amount paid for the unprovided service.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"tartozkodas\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">6. Arrival, departure and stay<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrival and departure times are stated in the booking confirmation. Early arrival or late departure is available only by prior arrangement, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests must use the accommodation and its facilities appropriately, respect the peace and comfort of other guests, and comply with the safety and house rules communicated at the property. The guest is responsible for damage caused by them or by anyone travelling with them.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please tell us in advance about any special requirement, such as an extra bed, a request related to food intolerance or an accessibility need. We will make every reasonable effort, but can guarantee a request only when it has been confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"felelosseg\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">7. Liability, force majeure and complaints<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Castor is responsible for its own performance in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures, action by public authorities, or utility or network failures. In such a case, we will inform the guest without delay and seek a fair solution.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please raise any complaint during your stay whenever possible, so that we have an opportunity to resolve it at the property. A written complaint may be submitted to <a href=\"mailto:castorharghita@gmail.com\">castorharghita@gmail.com<\/a> . Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the competent alternative dispute resolution body.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\n\t\t\n\t\t<section id=\"zarorendelkezesek\" class=\"wp-block-group castor-legal__section has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">8. Data protection and final provisions<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> . The contractual and data-processing terms of an external booking or payment service provider also apply on the relevant platform.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules and the rights afforded to consumers under the law of their country of residence remain unaffected. Changes to these terms will not affect bookings already confirmed, unless the change is required by law or expressly accepted by the parties.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Hungarian, Romanian, English and German versions are intended to provide the same information.
